Abstract: An auxiliary mountable resting aid device for wheelchair, comprising a U-shaped frame 101 installed at a back portion of a wheelchair, an extendable platform 102 configured with frame 101 besides seat of wheelchair for accommodating a user, two C-shaped motorized expandable clamps 104 configured at end of frame 101 to expand via a primary drawer arrangement and close for gripping rods, an imaging unit 105 mounted on frame 101 for detecting presence of user, plurality of weighted blocks 106 arranged with frame 101 via plurality of motorized sliders 107 to translate over a guiding rail crafted on frame 101 to position blocks 106 at a suitable location along frame 101, a secondary drawer arrangement 108 integrated within platform 102 to extend for allowing user to comfortably accommodate over platform 102, a telescopically operated rod 109 installed at base portion of platform 102 and attached with a suction cup 110.
