Abstract: TITLE : Cold Email Generator ABSTRACT The Cold Email Generator is an intelligent software application developed to simplify and automate the process of drafting professional em ails for various outreach activities. Cold emai Is are commonly used in job applications, business proposals, networking, and marketing, but writing them effectively requires time, effort, and strong communication skills. This project aims to provide a smart solution that assists users in generating high-quality emails quickly and efficiently. The system is designed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and predefined templates to create structured and meaningful email content. Users are required to input essential details such as recipient name, purpose of the email, key message points, and preferred tone (formal, semi-formal, or casual). Based on these inputs, the system generates a complete email including subject line, greeting, body content, and closing statement. One of the main objectives of this project is to enhance personalization in automated email generation. Unlike traditional template-based systems, this application ensures that each email feels unique and tailored to the recipient. This improves engagement and increases the chances of receiving positive responses. The system also helps users avoid grammatical errors and maintain a professional tone throughout the email.
