Abstract: ABSTRACT BATTERY CELL, BATTERY MODULE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CELL CASE A battery cell includes a cell case including a side wall providing an accommodation space and an upper plate having a through-hole formed therein, an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodation space of the cell case, a first current collector electrically connected to a first electrode tab of the electrode assembly, an electrode terminal electrically connected to the first current collector through the through-hole, and a gasket disposed between the electrode terminal and the upper plate and having electrical insulation properties. The upper plate includes a protrusion protruding in one direction along an edge of the through-hole and a recessed portion recessed in the one direction. Fig.5
