Abstract: ABSTRACT BATTERY DISASSEMBLY SYSTEM A battery disassembly system (100) is disclosed. The battery disassembly system (100) comprises a manipulator (102) to identify and pick up individual battery cell from a battery pack, wherein a cover of the battery pack has been removed by an operator. The disassembly unit comprises a receiving unit (112) to receive the battery cell from the robotic manipulator (102). Further, a cutting unit (116) receives the battery cell from the receiving unit (112) and cut an encapsulation of the battery cell. A retrieving unit (118) retrieves electrodes from the battery cell.
