Abstract: Disclosed is a battery-condition monitoring system comprising a lithium-ion battery and a sensing assembly having a current-sensing path connected in series with a charge-and-discharge path, voltage-sensing terminals connected across battery terminals, and a temperature sensor thermally coupled to the battery. An embedded telemetry node samples and filters current, terminal voltage, and temperature at predefined intervals, forms telemetry packets, and transmits the packets through a wireless communication interface. A server receives the telemetry packets and applies a trained prediction model to generate state of charge and state of health. An operator interface presents the sampled values, predicted battery condition, and a charge or discharge recommendation, thereby supporting real-time monitoring based on battery-mounted sensing and remotely executed predictive inference.
