Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a Behaviour-Aware Human Resource Analytics Platform for Employee-Retention, designed to intelligently monitor, analyze, and predict employee retention risks through continuous evaluation of multidimensional behavioural patterns. The platform acquires employee-related information from diverse organizational systems, including human resource management systems, attendance records, performance evaluations, learning management platforms, collaboration tools, communication channels, project management systems, and employee engagement applications. The collected data are standardized, validated, and integrated into a centralized behavioural intelligence repository for comprehensive analysis. The invention generates a Dynamic Behavioural Profile (DBP) for each employee by continuously assessing behavioural indicators such as collaboration, communication responsiveness, learning participation, leadership interaction, productivity consistency, attendance reliability, career development engagement, innovation participation, and organizational involvement. A Behaviour Intelligence Engine identifies behavioural deviations and long-term behavioural trends, while a Behaviour Correlation Engine evaluates relationships among multiple behavioural variables to enhance analytical accuracy. A Behavioural Stability Index (BSI) quantifies behavioural consistency and serves as an important input for predictive analysis.
