Abstract: ABSTRACT BEHAVIOUR CHANGE WHEEL FRAMEWORK BASED SYSTEM FOR PRIMARY PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AMONG ADULTS The present invention provides a behaviour change wheel framework based system (100) for enhancing primary prevention of cardiovascular disease among adults. The system (100) comprises a pre-assessment module (110) for evaluating baseline knowledge, attitudes, and health-related behaviours, a COM-B behavioural diagnosis module (120) for analysing capability, opportunity, and motivation components, an intervention design module (130) for mapping behavioural determinants to intervention functions, a community-based intervention delivery module (140) for implementing structured health education, motivation enhancement, and behavioural skill training, a post-assessment and evaluation module (150) for measuring post-intervention changes, a data analysis and feedback module (160) for statistical evaluation of effectiveness, and a demographic and contextual adaptation module (170) for tailoring interventions to rural and urban populations. The system integrates the COM-B model with structured nursing interventions to achieve sustained lifestyle modification for cardiovascular disease prevention. [
