Abstract: [Problem] To provide a belt for massaging muscular fasciae and a garment for massaging muscular fasciae, capable of being easily worn and performing effective massage only by being worn in order to massage the gluteus maximus muscle and gluteus medius muscle. [Solution] This belt for massaging muscular fasciae comprises a belt body and massage projections, the belt being configured such that: each of the projections has a hemispherical shape with a diameter of approximately 41-80 mm and a vertex height of 31-50 mm; the paired right and left projections are arbitrarily provided at positions of the belt body on the inner surface side in contact with the body of a user, the positions abutting on the left and right gluteus medius muscles of the user, respectively; and a positioning part extending downward is attachably and detachably provided at a central portion of the belt body, the positioning part serving as a reference for a placement position.
