Abstract: The present invention provides a formulation comprising a blend of a) decellularized and lyopreserved bioactive; b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The formulation can be in the form of powder, a gel, a spray, an injectable and a 3D printable bio ink. The decellularized and lyopreserved bioactive can be one or more of placental membrane, amnion and chorion layer, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord, allograft extra cellular matrix, allograft dermis and the like.
