The system comprises a cell isolation and preparation module, a biomaterial scaffold fabrication module, a bioink preparation module, a three-dimensional tissue fabrication module, a bioreactor-assisted maturation module, a vascularization enhancement module, a compatibility assessment module, a transplantation planning module, a post-transplantation monitoring module, a performance optimization module, a bioengineered tissue construct, and a clinical evaluation and reporting module. Viable cells are incorporated within biocompatible scaffold materials to fabricate three-dimensional tissue constructs that undergo physiological maturation and vascularization under controlled conditions. Compatibility assessment and transplantation planning ensure implantation readiness, while continuous monitoring and optimization improve tissue quality and manufacturing consistency. The resulting bioengineered tissue construct exhibits enhanced cellular viability, structural integrity, vascular integration, nutrient transport, regenerative capability, and physiological functionality suitable for tissue repair, organ regeneration, and transplantation applications.
