Abstract: An antibody-like protein having a N terminal and a C terminal, comprising a Fab region and a Fc region, wherein the Fc region comprise a first Fc domain linked to a second Fc domain through a second hinge, wherein the first Fc domain and the second Fc domain pair to form the Fc region. The second hinge may have an amino acid sequence ((Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser)6. The antibody-like protein may further comprise a scFv domain, and the antibody-like protein has a binding affinity to HER 2 and HER3.
