Abstract: The present invention provides a blockchain-based system for tracking, validating, reconciling, and managing business transactions across heterogeneous enterprise systems. The system receives transaction data from enterprise resource planning, accounting, procurement, banking, payment, inventory, logistics, and other business platforms, and normalizes the received data into standardized transaction records. A cryptographic fingerprint is generated for transaction records and associated documents, while an identity verification module authenticates transaction participants. A smart contract engine evaluates predefined transaction conditions, and a permissioned blockchain network validates and immutably records transaction information or corresponding cryptographic representations. A transaction state management module tracks lifecycle transitions, while a reconciliation module compares blockchain records with external enterprise records to identify discrepancies. A monitoring module detects anomalous transaction conditions and initiates alerts or corrective workflows, thereby providing improved transaction integrity, traceability, transparency, accountability, and tamper-evident management.
