Abstract: The present invention relates to a blood glucose and ketone risk detection system that designed to estimate blood glucose and ketone risk levels by analyzing transdermal gas emissions in combination with skin physiological signals. A semi-sealed microchamber is positioned on the skin to capture volatile biomarkers such as acetone, and the system calculates dynamic emission flux based on temporal gradients. To enhance accuracy, auxiliary sensors measure parameters including skin temperature, humidity, and microcirculatory perfusion, which are used to normalize flux values and minimize environmental or physiological variability. The processed signals are then converted into feature vectors and analyzed by artificial intelligence models to generate glucose and ketone risk categories along with metabolic trend indicators. The system provides risk-based assessments and progression tracking. Its wearable, non-invasive design enables continuous metabolic screening while reducing discomfort and calibration requirements associated with invasive monitoring technologies.
