Abstract: A blow molding device according to the present invention comprises: an injection molding part for injection molding a preform; a cooling part for cooling the preform having retained heat from injection molding; a transfer part for transferring cooled preforms in batches of a predetermined number; a heating conveyance part for continuously conveying the transferred preforms; a heating part for heating the continuously conveyed preforms to a temperature suitable for blow molding; a blow conveyance part for conveying batches of a predetermined number of heated preforms; and a blow molding part for producing resin containers by blow-molding the predetermined number of conveyed preforms in batches. The transfer part has a standby part for making the received preforms stand by for a predetermined time for temperature equalization of the preforms in batches of a predetermined number.
