Abstract: TITLE OF THE INVENTION Blow Moulding Machine with Star Wheel Preform Pitch Changer Assembly and Neck Cooling Mechanism ABSTRACT A Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) stretch blow moulding machine (1) is disclosed wherein multiple functional units within a rigid frame assembly (100) are assembled. The machine (1) comprises clamp unit (200), stretching assembly (300), preform loader and bottle ejector unit (400), base mould unit (500), take-off unit (600) and mould loading tray (700), along with a rotary chain unit (1000) for transporting preforms through an oven and reflector unit (1100) for uniform heating. Preform feeding and transfer are achieved through a loading unit (1200), neck release and press unit (1300), and servo-driven star wheel preform pitch changers (800, 900) configured to smoothly vary pitch and push preforms without deformation. An HMI and PLC control enables centralized monitoring and parameter adjustment. The machine further includes a blowing block assembly (1600) for controlled high-pressure air distribution during bottle formation and a dedicated cooling system (1700), to prevent heat-induced damage and maintain dimensional stability.
