Said SEQ ID NO. 1 and SEQ ID NO. 2 have structural residues and similarities with wrist epitope pre-helix region of BMP-2 protein which binds to BMP receptor-IA. Said SEQ ID NO. 1 and SEQ ID NO. 2 have ability to induce bone regeneration and healing fracture.
