Abstract: The present invention describes a Bone Rehabilitation System using Wireless Crisscross Flex Sensor with Vibrotactile Turning Indication for real-time monitoring and guidance of joint movements during rehabilitation. The system uses crisscross-arranged flex sensors to measure multi-directional bending and movement of the affected joint. The data is processed by a microcontroller and analyzed to detect incorrect movements. When deviations occur, vibrotactile feedback is provided through vibration motors to guide the user. The data is also transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for remote monitoring. This system improves rehabilitation accuracy, enhances patient compliance, and supports effective recovery.
