MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621104483 A) filed by Ms. Aaryan International on August 31, 2026, for Brilliant Plate - 528 Faceted Concave Optical Diamond Enhancement Plate With Integrated Precision Prong Mounting Structure.

Inventor includes Premal Gunvant Shah.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention "BRILLIANT PLATE - 528 FACETED CONCAVE OPTICAL DIAMOND ENHANCEMENT PLATE WITH INTEGRATED PRECISION PRONG MOUNTING STRUCTURE" relates to the field of jewellery and gemstone mounting systems, and more particularly to a Brilliant Plate configured to enhance the optical performance of a mounted gemstone or diamond. The Brilliant Plate comprises a precision-engineered concave reflective optical architecture (101) surrounding a central mounting aperture (104) adapted to receive and retain a gemstone. The concave surface (101) includes a plurality of reflective micro-facets, preferably 528 concentrically arranged micro-facets (102) , configured to capture and redirect incident light toward the pavilion and crown facets of the gemstone, thereby improving light return, brilliance, brightness, scintillation, and the perceived size of the stone. The invention further comprises integrated gemstone-retaining prongs formed as a single component with the plate to provide secure mounting, precise stone positioning, reduced visible metal, and enhanced structural stability. The Brilliant Plate combines optical light management with mechanical support in a single engineered component and is adaptable for use in rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, and other gemstone-mounted jewellery articles.
