MUMBAI, India, July 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411102132 A) filed by International Center For Genetic Engineering And Biotechnology Icgeb; and Emory University on December 23, 2024, for Broadly Neutralizing Human Monoclonal Antibodies To Dengue Virus.

Inventors include Reddy, Elluri Seetharami; Saini, Keshav; Chandele, Anmol; and Kaja, Murali Krishna.

The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: The present invention provides monoclonal antibodies against Dengue virus serotypes, which are capable of effectively neutralizing Dengue virus serotypes, 1 through 4. Also provided in the present invention are expression systems, plasmids and polynucleotide/ polypeptide fragments useful in generation of said monoclonal antibodies.
