Abstract: Build an open-source pipeline for reproducible clinical integration and evaluation across institutions Abstract: An open-source, modular pipeline for reproducible clinical artificial intelligence evaluation across multiple healthcare institutions is disclosed. The pipeline ingests heterogeneous clinical data in standard interchange formats, harmonizes and de-identifies records into a common data model, and preserves every transformation as a content-addressed, immutable snapshot. Serialized model artefacts and dataset splits are catalogued in version-controlled registries alongside declarative evaluation configurations. A federated execution module orchestrates metric computation within each institution's secure enclave, transmitting only aggregated, differentially private outputs across institutional boundaries, thereby eliminating the need to centralize patient-level records. An evaluation engine computes task-appropriate performance metrics, confidence intervals, subgroup analyses, and fairness audits. All execution occurs inside cryptographically pinned container images to guarantee identical computational environments. An immutable audit logger maintains a tamper-evident provenance ledger suitable for regulatory submission.
