Abstract: A building painting assistive device, comprises of a pair of hydraulic actuators 101 connected by a telescopic rod 102 enables a relative rotational motion between the actuators 101 for walking while painting, a rectangular plate 104 having a motorized roller 106 with spool of strap 107 for securing the foot of the user, a motorized tri- wheel assembly 108 provides locomotion to the actuator, an L-shaped telescopic link 109 provided with a rectangular flap 110 with a plurality of pneumatic pins stabilizes hydraulic actuators 101 on a ground surface, storage containers 112 stores painting material, imaging unit 113 works in synchronization with ultrasonic sensor records and processes images in a vicinity, a microphone 115 receives an audio command, an interferometric sensor detects a surface roughness.
