Abstract: A building wide secure notice dissemination system, comprising a network of interconnected noticeboard units including a master noticeboard 101 and a plurality of sub-boards 102, a frame 103 having a front translucent pinning layer on the noticeboard 101 to hold paper notices by pins or stapes, a scanning unit 104 integrated optical character recognition module capture and convert notice images into digital text replicas, a controller with a non-volatile memory to permanently store the digital replica in a database, a target audience determination module to identify and assign recipient groups based on notice content and parameters, a display panel 106 to render and update digital notices dynamically based on priority and target audience matching, an integrated communication module to enable secure transmission and synchronization of notice data across network of noticeboards, a user interface installed in a wirelessly linked computing unit to facilitate authenticated access, retrieval, and management of notices.
