Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cap assembly 100 with a built-in space 102. The cap assembly 100 include the built-in space 102, an applicator 106, a wad 112 and a cap 108. The built-in space 102 may be configured to store an applicator 106. The applicator 106 may be configured to apply a substance over a surface. A method for manufacturing of the cap assembly 100 with the built-in space 102 is also disclosed. The method includes moulding of the applicator 106 and the cap 108 of the cap assembly 100. Further, the method includes integrating a coupon 104 to the built-in space 102 of the cap assembly 100. The method further includes assembling the applicator 106 onto the coupon 104 integrated into the space 102 of the cap 108 of the cap assembly 100 and the wad 112 placed onto the applicator 106 and sealed over the container by way of an induction sealing process.
