Abstract: The present invention discloses a car bottom type carbon baking furnace, which belongs to the technical field of heat treatment furnaces. It comprises a furnace car and a fixed furnace body installed above the furnace car. The fixed furnace body is provided with a circulating fan at the top; the circulating fan is provided with a spray device on one side; the circulating fan is further provided, on both sides, with a plurality of combustion nozzles arranged side by side; and the fixed furnace body is provided with an exhaust pipe for discharging flue gas at the rear. The fixed furnace body is further provided with a thermal insulation module inside. The fixed furnace body is provided with a furnace door and a water-cooled door frame at the front. The present invention completely abandons the flue gas combustion mode involving sagger - exhaust pipe - storage tank - burner, and adopts the method of directly discharging the volatile components of the flue gas to an incinerator for combustion. Its comprehensive energy consumption is reduced to below 3.6×106 kJ, fully reaching the energy consumption level of domestic annular baking furnaces. In addition, it achieves minimal gas leakage, uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace, excellent product homogeneity, automated operation, precise temperature control, maximized fuel utilization, and high-specification finished products.
