The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT CASCADE-AWARE INTELLIGENT ELECTRICAL MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD A cascade-aware intelligent electrical monitoring system (100) includes a data ingestion layer (110) comprising protocol adapters (112) configured to receive electrical telemetry data from a supervisory control and data acquisition infrastructure in a read-only mode, normalize received readings into a unified schema, and publish normalized reading events to a message queue system (114) partitioned by asset identifier. A preprocessing service (120) performs data validation, feature engineering, and context enrichment. A machine learning inference engine (130) generates anomaly scores for each asset based on preprocessed data using at least one anomaly detection model trained on normal operating condition data. An asset dependency graph (140) stored in a graph database represents a directed acyclic graph structure in which each node represents an electrical asset and each directed edge represents a direction of power flow. A cascade detection engine (150) performs downstream depth-first search traversal of the asset dependency graph (140) upon anomaly detection to identify downstream assets experiencing correlated fault behavior. An alert dispatcher (160) generates severity-tiered alerts annotated with explanatory information.
