Abstract: ABSTRACT CELL CULTURE SYSTEM A holder (200, 302, 418) for holding a cell construct for culturing and testing the cell culture is disclosed. The holder (20 5 0, 302, 418) comprises a first annular frame (100, 202, 310) having a first set of laterally extended arms (104, 206) on an inner surface and a second annular frame having a second set of laterally extended arms (106, 208) on an inner surface. The first annular frame (100, 202, 310) is configured to detachably couple with 10 the second annular frame (102, 204, 312). Upon being coupled, the first set of laterally extended arms (104, 206) align on top of the second set of laterally extended arms (106, 208) to hold the cell construct therebetween, exposing a top surface and a bottom surface of the cell construct. 15
