Abstract: A channel state information determination method and apparatus. The method comprises: on the basis of moving state information of a terminal device and a channel map, a network device determining N rows of basis vectors corresponding to N time units, wherein each of the N rows of basis vectors comprises X basis vectors, and the channel map is used for indicating a channel feature based on a position region; the network device sending first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the N rows of basis vectors; the network device respectively sending pilot signals in the N time units; the network device receiving second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating weighting coefficients of Y basis vectors among the X basis vectors, and the weighting coefficients of the Y basis vectors are determined on the basis of the pilot signals; and on the basis of the weighting coefficients of the Y basis vectors and the N rows of basis vectors, the network device determining channel state information corresponding to M time units, wherein the M time units comprise the N time units. The method can improve the accuracy of channel state information.
