Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-based Child Safety Wearable Wristband designed to enhance child security through real-time monitoring, location tracking, and emergency response features. The system comprises a wearable wristband equipped with a microcontroller, GPS module, wireless communication module, health- monitoring sensors, and an SOS emergency button. The wristband continuously collects the child’s location and physiological data and transmits the information to a cloud platform and mobile application accessible by parents or guardians. The invention incorporates a geofencing mechanism that generates alerts when the child moves beyond predefined safe boundaries. In emergency situations, the SOS button enables the child to instantly send distress notifications along with current location details to registered contacts. The system also supports health monitoring by tracking parameters such as heart rate and body temperature. By integrating wearable technology, IoT connectivity, cloud computing, and mobile communication, the proposed invention provides a reliable, user-friendly, and efficient solution for child safety, real-time supervision, and rapid emergency assistance.
