Abstract: CHOLEMETRIC - Al CALCULI DETECTION SYSTEM ABSTRACT In response to the increasing need for accuracy and efficiency in radiological diagnosis, particularly in gallbladder stone detection, our project introduces CholeMetric, an advanced Al-based Calculi Detection System. This iOS application is designed to provide radiologists with a reliable, fast, and transparent tool for analyzing CT images of the gallbladder. The system uses deep learning-based segmentation to detect gallstones, count calculi, and measure the largest stone in millimeters with high precision.CholeMetric operates in both online and offline modes, ensuring usability in hospitals with limited connectivity. A federated learning mechanism enables secure model improvement without compromising patient data privacy. Only verified medical professionals and registered hospitals can use the system, ensuring ethical diagnostic usage. By centralizing Al-driven image processing and maintaining strict medical oversight, CholeMetric enhances diagnostic accuracy, reduces manual workload, and improves the overall quality of radiological evaluation. This innovation bridges critical gaps in current diagnostic workflows, contributing significantly to improved patient care and clinical decision-making.
