Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a nanocomposite synthesis apparatus for preparing a chromium adsorption material. The apparatus has a reaction vessel containing hydrochloric acid (HCl), a dispersion assembly for maintaining titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles having a particle size in a range of 5 nm to 10 nm in a dispersed state within the acidic medium, a monomer introduction assembly for delivering aniline (C6H5NH2) for surface association with the TiO2 nanoparticles, an oxidant introduction assembly for delivering an oxidizing solution for in-situ formation of emeraldine salt polyaniline over the TiO2 nanoparticles, and a temperature control assembly for maintaining the reaction contents at 0°C to 5°C during dispersion, monomer association, and oxidation.
