Abstract: “CLAMP LOCKNUT” The present invention is a clamp locknut 100 that is positioned radially on the rotating shaft that has better load bearing capacity. The device 100 includes a pair of side slots 105, a side cutout 110, four side holes 115, 115a, 115b, 115c a side cutout 145. The clamp locknut 100 includes a first opening 135, a second opening 125 and a clamping fastener 149. The clamping fastener 149 includes a head 150 and threading 155.
