Abstract: The invention involves combined application of Digital monitoring and workforce management. Dependency on manual supervision can be reduced by using a centralized platform with real-time monitoring, which is actually a key-point of this project. This presents a smart cleanliness worker management application designed to upgrade and automate cleanliness operations using modern web and AI technology. Cleanliness management system faces significant challenges due to mismanagement of work force and lack of accountability, and delayed task reassignment in the absence of worker. Traditional systems mainly depend upon manual supervision which results into inconsistent and less productivity during service. Vast cleanliness management will become easy because of the smart governance using this system. This provides a future ready solution for sustainable urban cleanliness. This paper presents a digital platform which enables attendance tracking for workers, area wise task assignment, work scheduling and performance monitoring. AI-based cleanliness verification module detects and analyzes images of different areas whether it is cleaned or not plus the required hygiene standards are met or not, which ensures transparency and quality control.
