MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641079332 A) filed by Indian Space Research Organisation on June 27, 2026, for Clock-Driver Circuit For Driving A Capacitive Clock Load Of An Imaging Detector.

Inventors include Gupta, Hari Shanker; Kirkire, Shweta; Mehta, Sanjeev; and Malik, Munish.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a clock-driver circuit (100) for driving a capacitive clock load of an imaging detector. The clock- driver circuit (100) includes a low-voltage input interface (110) configured to receive an input clock signal and generate a buffered clock signal through an input buffer chain (120). A bipolar level-shifter circuit (102) generates high-voltage control signals based on the buffered clock signal using a high-level supply rail (VH) (106) and a low-level supply rail (VL). A high-voltage output driver (104), including p-type and n-type driver devices, drives the capacitive clock load through an output node (118). The clock-driver circuit (100) is implemented as an application-specific integrated circuit in a high-voltage triple-well CMOS structure (200). An isolated substrate-bias node (VSUB) (116) is biased with the low-level supply rail (VL) (114) during bipolar operation.
