Abstract: CLOUD-BASED RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC WORKLOAD DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE CONTINUITY ABSTRACT A cloud-based resource management system is disclosed for dynamic workload distribution and continuous cloud-service operation. The system includes a resource monitoring module configured to collect processor, memory, storage, network, workload, and service-health information from distributed cloud resources. A workload analysis module determines workload requirements and execution characteristics, while a dynamic allocation engine matches workloads with suitable available resources. A predictive management mechanism estimates future resource demand and enables proactive allocation. An adaptive scheduling mechanism redistributes workloads according to changing resource conditions. A service-continuity module detects resource degradation or failure and initiates workload migration, recovery, or redistribution to alternative resources. A feedback mechanism evaluates workload performance and resource utilization to continuously update subsequent management decisions, thereby supporting adaptive resource utilization and service continuity in distributed cloud environments. This can also be expanded into a formal patent specification with 20–30 detailed claims, or I can create the 4 text-only coloured block-diagram figures matching your usual patent figure format.
