MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611115617 A) filed by Anokh Kishore on September 26, 2026, for Cloud-Based System And Method For Financial Fraud Detection Using Cross-Account Transaction Graphs And Real-Time Risk Propagation.

Inventor includes Anokh Kishore.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: 040] A cloud-based system and method detect coordinated financial fraud using a distributed, event-time-indexed cross-account transaction graph. Authenticated transaction events are normalized, deduplicated and incorporated as versioned directed edges in a partitioned temporal graph store. Responsive to a triggering risk signal, a propagation engine selects a bounded temporal neighborhood and calculates origin-tagged risk contributions using edge confidence, time decay and hop attenuation. Cycle suppression, per-origin contribution caps and saturating aggregation limit erroneous risk amplification. A priority-driven computation budget produces a graph-risk estimate together with coverage and uncertainty indicators before a transaction-processing deadline. A decision gateway issues an appropriate security response, while versioned audit records support replay and localized recalculation after late-arriving event corrections.
