Abstract: ABSTRACT CLOUD CONNECTED DIESEL GENERATOR SUPERVISORY SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME MONITORING, CONTROL AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE The present invention relates to an Internet-of-Things (IoT) and cloud-enabled supervisory system for diesel generator monitoring and management. More particularly, the invention discloses a cloud connected diesel generator supervisory system configured to perform real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, fuel management, and operational analytics for diesel generator sets. The invention comprises sensor modules, communication gateways, cloud computing infrastructure, analytics engines, and remote visualization interfaces configured to continuously collect and process operational data including fuel level, engine temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, load output, and engine health parameters. The collected data is securely transmitted to a cloud platform for analysis, visualization, fault detection, maintenance scheduling, and remote operational control. The disclosed system reduces unplanned downtime, enhances fuel efficiency, improves maintenance practices, and enables centralized management of multiple generator installations. The invention is particularly suitable for telecommunication towers, hospitals, data centers, construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and remote power applications requiring reliable and intelligent diesel generator supervision.
