Abstract: Industrial equipment failures cause significant production losses and safety risks in manufacturing environments. This invention presents a Cloud-Connected Industrial Machine Reliability Monitoring System integrating IIoT multi-sensor arrays, edge computing nodes, cloud data pipelines, and hybrid CNN-LSTM deep learning models for real-time machine health assessment and predictive maintenance. The system acquires vibration, temperature, current, and acoustic emission data, performs edge- level FFT feature extraction, transmits features to cloud platforms via MQTT, and classifies machine fault conditions while predicting remaining useful life with high accuracy. A web-based Grafana dashboard provides maintenance engineers with live health indices, fault alerts, and automated maintenance scheduling recommendations. The system enables proactive condition-based maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime and extending machinery operational lifespan across distributed industrial environments.
