Abstract: In recent years, wearable technology has become an essential part of health monitoring systems, enabling continuous tracking of vital parameters and real-time alerts. This project presents an IoT-based Smart Wearable Health Monitoring System designed to measure and transmit key physiological parameters to a cloud-based platform for analysis and storage. The proposed system integrates multiple sensors with an ESP8266 microcontroller to monitor heart rate, body temperature, and fall detection. The MAX30105 sensor measures the heart rate, the LM35 sensor records the body temperature, and the MPU6050 discovers sudden changes in orientation to identify falls. The collected data is displayed locally on a compact OLED screen and simultaneously uploaded to a Google Sheet every 10 seconds via Wi-Fi for continuous logging and remote monitoring. This real-time data visualization allows users or caregivers to track health status trends and receive alerts in critical situations. The proposed wearable system aims to enhance personal healthcare management, particularly for elderly individuals and patients requiring continuous monitoring, by combining portability, accuracy, and IoT connectivity in a single device.
