Abstract: A clutch device 10 includes a centrifugal clutch mechanism 120 including a weight members 130. The centrifugal clutch mechanism 120 includes a holding member 140 holding the weight members 130, springs 160 that bias the weight members 130, and a pressure contact member 150 that brings input-side rotating plates 20 and output-side rotating plates 22 into pressure contact with each other. The holding member 140 includes engagement claws 143 that project from an outer peripheral edge 141E of the body 141 toward an outer side M1 in radial directions M and are engaged with a clutch housing 30, and housing recesses 145 housing the weight members 130. The body 141 includes thick portions 141T each including a wall portion 141A located between the engagement claw 143 and the housing recess 145 with respect to the radial direction M, and a projection 141B projecting from the wall portion 141A toward an inner side M2 in the radial directions M and defining a portion of the housing recess 145.
