Abstract: TITLE OF THE INVENTION: COCO POLLEN BITES BY MELLI-BEES: THE SWEET HEALER FROM HIVE PROTEINS TO HEALTH PATHWAY The invention relates to the development of a natural, palatable and functional sweet derived from Apis mellifera collected coconut pollen, formulated to support metabolic wellness.
