Abstract: The present invention provides a coconut shredder system comprising a frame, a crushed coconut inlet (1), a coconut hopper (2), a chopping chamber with a crushing roller (4), a pulverizer chamber with shredding blades (12), a conveying platform (5), a coco fiber outlet (3), a peat outlet (13), an induction motor (8), a transmission pulley system (7), a reduction gearbox (10), and mobility wheels (9). The system breaks coconut shell into chunks using the crushing roller (4), transfers the chunks via the conveying platform (5), and grinds them into fine particles using the shredding blades (12). The processed material is separated into coco fiber collected through the coco fiber outlet (3) and coco peat discharged through the peat outlet (13). The induction motor (8) powers the system through the transmission pulley system (7) and reduction gearbox (10).
