Abstract: ABSTRACT COLLEVENTO: A NEXT-GEN EVENT MANAGEMENT ECOSYSTEM FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS Educational institutions frequently organize a wide range of events such as seminars, workshops, cultural programs, and technical competitions to enhance student participation and skill development. However, managing these events using traditional manual methods often leads to inefficiencies, communication gaps, and difficulties in tracking participant data. To address these challenges, this paper presents Collevento, a next- generation event management ecosystem designed specifically for educational institutions. The proposed system provides a centralized digital platform that enables event creation, event approval, participant registration, ticket generation, and real-time notifications through a mobile- based application. The system integrates role-based access for administrators, organizers, and students to ensure efficient coordination and management of events.
