The method comprises: sending a first request, wherein the first request is used for requesting session resources for a first service, and the first request comprises at least one of the following: first information used for indicating a first quality of service (QoS) profile which corresponds to a protocol data unit (PDU), second information used for indicating a second QoS profile which corresponds to a PDU set, a first indication, at least one first alternative QoS profile, third information used for indicating the priority of the at least one first alternative QoS profile, at least one second alternative QoS profile, and fourth information used for indicating the priority of the at least one second alternative QoS profile, the first alternative QoS profile being used for replacing the first QoS profile, and the second alternative QoS profile being used for replacing the second QoS profile. By means of the method in the present disclosure, dynamic adaptive scheduling for QoS requirements of a first service is realized, and it is ensured that the QoS requirements of the first service can be guaranteed, such that the first service can be successfully executed, thereby improving the user experience.
