The method comprises: according to a first frequency domain resource, determining a second frequency domain resource, the first frequency domain resource being a frequency domain resource where a first uplink BWP overlaps a first uplink sub-band, the second frequency domain resource comprising a third frequency domain resource and a fourth frequency domain resource, and the third frequency domain resource and the fourth frequency domain resource being used for transmission of a first signal; and, in a first SBFD time unit, transmitting the first signal on the third frequency domain resource and the fourth frequency domain resource by means of frequency hopping, the first signal being carried on a PUSCH or a PUCCH.
