Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular to a communication method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: receiving target information from a first network device, wherein the target information is used for indicating a correction parameter; and determining a target transmit power for sending a target signal to a second network device, wherein the target transmit power is determined on the basis of a downlink path loss correction result, the downlink path loss correction result is determined by the correction parameter and a downlink path loss estimation result, and the downlink path loss estimation result is determined by a path loss compensation factor configured by the first network device and/or a downlink path loss estimation value measured by a terminal device on the basis of a downlink reference signal of the first network device. By using the method, the determined target transmit power can be more reasonable.
