Abstract: Aspects of present disclosure relate to a compact foldable elbow cratch with adjustable support and shock-absorbing mechanism. The system comprises a main support shaft(2,6,10); a folding mechanism configured to selectively transition crutch between a folded configuration and extended configuration; an adjustment mechanism (3, 9); a forearm support cuff(l); a handle(4,5); a ground-contacting tip( 11); a shock absorption system(6, 8). This invention provides foldable and adjustable elbow crutch with an integrated shock absorption mechanism for individuals with lower limb disabilities, injuries, or post-surgical conditions. Conventional crutches often lack portability, proper adjustability, and effective shock absorption, causing discomfort, fatigue, and upper limb strain. The invention includes a lightweight foldable structure for easy storage and transport, height adjustment for ergonomic fitting, and a built-in shock absorber to reduce impact forces during walking. This improves comfort, stability, maneuverability, and overall user experience, providing a more efficient and user-friendly mobility assistance device. (Figure 1 is the reference figure)
