Abstract: In this manuscript, we have to evaluate bridge networks' life-cycle performance and time-variant reliability in non-series parallel networks; the invention offers a novel method for doing so. In non-series parallel network modeling of the reliability of individual bridges, repeated network performance analysis over several time instants and consideration of complicated network architectures are the main components of the technique. This enables efficient network-level maintenance planning. A correlation structure between the states of different bridges is also taken into account by the framework, taking into account external loads and similar characteristics. Since simple methods are impractical when taking into account all potential flows as well as trip sources and destinations, this invention is helpful for traffic flow distribution and assignments and offers a reliable and precise mechanism for scheduling network repair. The algorithm gives quite a simplified reliability expression derived in a relatively straightforward manner from a non-series parallel network where a unit is dropped from further considerations; otherwise, if disjoint, it is retained and further expanded where one outcome does not exclude the occurrence of a second unit and the two outcomes can overlap, so we consider an addition rule of reliability to drive the reliability expression.
