Organic jaggery is melted and used as a natural sweetener and binding agent, while optional desiccated coconut and cardamom powder are added for flavor enhancement. The mixture is then shaped into energy balls, also referred to as Laddu, designed for regular consumption as part of a child's diet. The method of preparation involves specific steps to ensure the retention of nutritional value, including low-flame heating and thorough mixing of ingredients.
