Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for prevention, alleviation, or treatment of hypertension, hypertension, enteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, acute liver damage, or dermatitis, comprising, as active ingredients, a natural fermentate in which nitric oxide metabolites are immobilized and stabilized and at least one selected from the group consisting of glutathione, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, vitamin B12, coffee extract, and Dendropanax extract. The composition of the present invention, upon exposure to gastric acid (strong acidic conditions), generates S-nitrosoglutathione, which is subsequently delivered to the small intestine or colon, where it can continuously release nitric oxide at a controlled concentration for a certain period. Thus, the composition can be variously utilized.
