Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented educational system and method for developing communication skills using a structured Life-Situation Mapping framework. The system receives learner-specific information relating to personal, academic, social, professional, or organizational situations and converts the information into a graphical life-situation map comprising stakeholders, contextual variables, communication objectives, emotional indicators, communication barriers, response pathways, and outcome parameters. The system generates communication exercises, role-play interactions, adaptive scenarios, reflection activities, assessment tasks, and performance metrics based on the generated life-situation map. A communication competency engine evaluates learner responses across multiple dimensions including clarity, empathy, persuasion, assertiveness, conflict management, listening behavior, and contextual appropriateness. A feedback generation module produces corrective recommendations and alternative communication pathways. The framework enables systematic communication training through real-life situation modeling, measurable performance assessment, and iterative communication refinement across diverse learning environments.
